Daan (12) absolutely loves his football coach Ries (35), who gets an ever stronger influence on his life. Ries lures him into a secret adult world, where the sexual abuse begins. Soon, Daan ends up in a downward spiral – he skips school, starts fights and gets alienated from family and friends. When other boys report the abuse by Ries, the coach makes a confession. But Daan continues to deny everything, overwhelmed by shame. The cast of this subtle drama includes Bart de Wilde, Gijs Naber, Hadewych Minis and Marcel Hensema.
