When Karen (Loes Haverkort) moves to Bergen with her family, they're warmly welcomed into the Eetclub, a group of friends who revel in an extravagant lifestyle. Until one of the grand villas goes up in flames and their friend Evert loses his life. Karen soon discovers that this seemingly close-knit friendship is held together by lies. So she sets out to find the truth, but at what cost? Fans of the book and the 2012 film adaptation also have something to look forward to in this Netflix series with an all-star cast.
