Crane operator Cor helps construct the new film museum EYE in Amsterdam. From his elevated vantage point, we watch all the building stages, while the ultramodern construction plays a visual game with one-century-old footage from the EYE archives. From the ground, construction crane fanatic Jurgen looks on. His field of vision intersects Cor’s. There is another dialogue in the audio, between new and old compositions.
