How can you re-invent yourself when your partner is going through a transition? This is the task Corrie faces in this investigative, candid documentary, now that her partner Ashley is transitioning from male to female. Corrie sometimes feels disregarded because Ashley is too self-engrossed. At the same time, at unexpected moments the process brings them closer together, in ways that may not have been possible before the change. The transition provides surprising new insights about their relationship and about themselves.
