Tim is supposed to meet his girl to go and watch the start of the Tour de France in Utrecht. Unfortunately, he ends up on the wrong side of the crush barriers lining the track. He will have to find a way to get back to his girlfriend. This humorous animation was commissioned by the City of Utrecht to promote the start of the Tour de France in this city.
