It should have been a carefree evening with family. But a freshly promoted policeman and his girlfriend struggle with a toxic mix of issues and boundaries in a relationship.
To celebrate his promotion, a policeman and his girlfriend decide to bake a perfect cake together before the arrival of his parents. But even before the latter get there, what should have become a festive evening collapses into a complex, toxic cycle of emotional and physical abuse. Intimate drama about what can happen behind closed doors when it is hard to set boundaries in a relationship.
