NFF Extended: De Blauwdruk voor verandering
On Tuesday 25 August, at the invitation of Vrouwen in Beeld and ACT Acteursbelangen, forty women professionals* from all departments of the film and AV sector came together. The aim was to gather their pain points and concrete solutions, both within their own field and across the sector as a whole, in order to jointly produce a document for better working conditions and representation of women professionals. That document, De Blauwdruk (The Blueprint), has now been produced and was presented at the NFF.
* Women (trans and cis) and gender-diverse people who identify as feminine.
