The organization of the Netherlands Film Festival Foundation consists of a permanent staff that is expanded in the run-up to the festival with a large number of temporary employees, interns and volunteers.

Supervisory Board
The Netherlands Film Festival Foundation has a Supervisory Board model. The Supervisory Board follows the Culture Governance Code and the Cultural Diversity Code.
The Supervisory Board is the supervisory, controlling and advisory highest authority, focuses on strategically essential issues and concentrates on the key points. The working method of the Supervisory Board is laid down in regulations. The Supervisory Board supervises in a stimulating and critical manner by actively anticipating and reflecting on the decisions of the Managing Director. The Board meets at least four times a year.
Circle of Professionals
All sections of the Dutch film, series and digital culture sector are represented in the Netherlands Film Festival’s Circle of Professionals. The Circle meets twice a year to advise and evaluate the festival.
