Thessa Meijer

Thessa Meijer (1992) attended the HKU University of the Arts Utrecht. She works as a director. In 2015 she won the Filmfund Wildcard with Erkhii Mergen, or Why the Marmot Doesn't Have a Thumb and the Dioraphte Award. In 2019 she won with The Walking Fish the Special Jury Price and Gold for best short film, during the Young Director Awards.
