Sam Peckinpah

Sam Peckinpah (1925-1984) was an innovative filmmaker and script writer. His most famous works are westerns such as The Wild Bunch (1969) and Pat Garrett & Billy the Kid (1973). In his last film The Osterman Weekend the leading part was played by Rutger Hauer.
