Mandula van den Berg

Mandula van den Berg (1996) studied Ethics & Politics and Literature & Rhetoric in Berlin, after which she graduated cum laude from the University of Amsterdam with a masters in East European studies. She works as a journalist. In 2021, she won the Thesis Prize with her master thesis, and in 2023 the writer contest Hooray for the Essay. Her debut film Húsom (2023) was selected for the Dutch Film Talents to Cannes 2023 program.
