Jacques Audiard

Jacques Audiard (1952, France) studied philosophy and literature in Paris. He works as a director and screenwriter. He won a number of international awards, such as the Golden Palm at the Cannes Film Festival for his film Dheepan (2015), the Grand Prize of the Cannes Film Festival for his film A Prophet (2009) and the Best Screenplay Award at the Cannes Film Festival for his film A Self-Made Hero (1996).
