Artist Rembrandt van Rijn became famous for his portraits of family members, friends and himself. One early morning, Rembrandt has trouble painting one of his self-portraits. He loses control of his brushes and the portrait literally takes over his life. The animation design was based on Rembrandt’s pencil drawings and sketches.
