Life seems to smile upon Lucas and Johanna (Reinout Scholten van Aschat and Sallie Harmsen): They are young, good-looking, head over heels in love and blithely sailing around the world with their little son Kai. But then, in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, their idyl abruptly turns into a nightmare and they lose not only their child, but also each other.
