A man alone is engaged in activities with various objects in his house. He fixes an umbrella. He makes a pot of tea. He leafs through a collection of clippings: `Young, ambitious broker gets off scot-free after killing boss'. The private world is manageable through these personal objects and observations. Finally, the man leaves the house and sets off.
