Using archive images, language and text, Joysi Olijhoek examines the question where ideas come from. We are even witness to the conception of a new idea.
In this essayistic short film, compiled from archive material consisting of images, sounds and words, Joysi Olijhoek examines where ideas come from. In a playful manner, she looks for the connection between the seemingly arbitrary discoveries. The voice-over, too, consists of soundbites that question the origin of ideas. Meanwhile, a new idea takes shape before our eyes, in this graduation film.
