Three friends decide to realise their dream: their own wellness centre. After all, everybody wants to relax and have a good time nowadays. But can their optimism and drive withstand the financial crisis?
Emmy, Wilma and Hennie have a dream: their own wellness centre. They are in their forties, are married and have families and jobs. Emmy and Wilma also give cooking workshops and do catering. The three friends are not short of self-confidence or ambition. Full of energy, they throw themselves into writing a business plan, they visit a wellness fair and a sauna and inspect various potential locations for their new company. The local authorities and banks don’t immediately cooperate, but this does not deter the ladies. Nor do the occasionally sceptical comments by director Frans Bromet. They cheerfully keep on developing ideas and investing: before the financing is secure, the care products have been selected and the corporate identity is settled. Will the financial crisis have consequences for their plans?
