Short drama about an Iranian refugee family in the Netherlands that threatens to fall apart because mother wants to return while father wants to stay. Their eleven-year-old daughter steps in.
An Iranian family who recently arrived in the Netherlands are struggling with their future. The eleven-year-old Farah finds out that her mother wants to go back to Iran, while her father is preparing for an important interview with the Immigration and Naturalisation Service. After a fierce argument between her parents, Farah surreptitiously takes their passports and runs outside with a friend. There, she makes a radical decision.
