Documentary about two successful Italians. After roaming the world, the Italians Alessandro Fratestefano and Bruno Santanera settled in Holland about thirty years ago. Here both immigrants became successful businessmen, despite several setbacks. In Two Italians these dyed-in-the-wool self-made men talk about their work, the turning points in their lives and their view of the world. The film aims to hold a mirror up to the viewer. It refers to everyone's struggle to survive in the second half of the 20th century and invites viewer to look at their views on the integration of immigrants in Dutch society.
