Documentary about Hungarians who as a child were sent to the Netherlands to recuperate. The history of four generations of a family is the leitmotiv in the film. The mother, and on her turn her daughter were sent as a child to the Netherlands. In her life, the meaning of being a "foster child" takes tremendous heights.
