Torch Song

Queer drama in which the eccentric singer Liz visits her estranged half-brother in the Netherlands. When she finds a muse in his partner, this turns everyone’s world upside down.
When her mother passes away, the American singer Liz decides to pay a visit to her half-brother Gabe in the Netherlands. As an aspiring writer, Gabe fears he is outshone by his successful sister, who with her eccentric personality is always in the spotlights. To make matters worse, Liz sets her mind on Gabe’s girlfriend Joey, who inspires her to write new music. While the family ties gradually get disrupted, a complex relationship develops between the two women that puts everybody’s independence to the test.
