A director and his voice-over actor clash in a sound studio about what is and isn’t a story or film. As is so often the case, the truth is eventually somewhere in the middle.
A short film about making movies, about giving meaning, about irony. About how you create a story and which role coincidence plays. Director Yousef Gnaoui has quite a highfalutin story he wants to use in his movie, but voice-over actor Hannah Hoekstra is not really happy about it. She thinks it’s pretentious nonsense. Next, the sound mixer steps in and makes off with the material. Perhaps, this is the simple solution.
