Short animation film with figures in black-and-white in a subtly coloured environment. From behind a lamppost, a boy sees a procession of grey men carrying a coffin/chest/box. Their footsteps are muffled and slow, first through the windy sand dunes, then through the city. The boy walks to a window through which he sees an old man build a house of cards, accompanied by the ticking of a clock. Who is he?
