Affectionate animated fairy-tale shows how death falls madly in love with life. A remarkable, unanticipated friendship keeps death from executing his actual task.
When a living being feels a hand on its back, it dies peacefully. Death does his job. Until he encounters a pretty little deer that is so full of life that he withdraws his hand. A friendship between life and death ensues.
