Is it possible to find a place where you can be yourself in a disquieting world of constant surveillance? Expressive animation that falls back on classical styles.
A young woman lives in the streets of a city where people are watched by cameras 24 hours a day. Even in her sleep she is followed. Until she finds out her dream world is eventually the only place where she has a little privacy. The animation falls back on film styles from the 1920s and, for example, mingles silent movies with German expressionism and slapstick. This in combination with an ominous soundtrack with modern classical music.
