Alesya celebrates her birthday alone every year. At home, protected by the walls of her house. When a mysterious gift appears on her doorstep, her carefully controlled world is turned upside down.
Single Alesya receives a remarkable birthday present. The package contains a hybrid creature that mirrors all her doings. Initially mistrustful, Alesya allows this unpredictable entity into her routine life. What begins as an awkward co-existence develops into an intense relationship in which the border between man and object slowly dissolves. As the intimacy grows in this debut film, Alesya’s fear grows as well: Does she really dare to open up, or will she remain faithful to her safe solitude?
