The Aroma of Tea

Director: Michael Dudok de Wit
Experimental animated film, painted by using tea, from the maker of Academy Award winning Father and Daughter. A red dot resolutely moves across winding corridors to the rhythm of classical music.
Director Dudok de Wit, who won an Oscar in 2001 with his short animated film Father and Daughter, painted this experimental animated film by using tea. In a two-dimensional world consisting of light to dark brown colours, a red dot resolutely moves across winding corridors and along round shapes. He passes other dots, which like him move to Arcangelo Corelli's classical music.
