Experimental film that looks like a music video, with Amsterdam as its background. A man picks up a piece of scaffolding pole and peeks through it. The music comes alive. The capriciousness of the improvised music echoes the kaleidoscopic images of Amsterdam, of the Central Station, the Bimhuis and the passers-by in the street. These passers-by are the musicians of the Dutch ICP Orchestra, consisting of heavyweights of Dutch jazz.
