Stamppot

Roos and her father Willem have dinner together. Between them, a rift has formed, both literal and figurative. Each grieving in their own way, a crack has opened up in their relationship. Over the course of the meal, that crack turns into a break. Blame, regret and the power dynamic between them come to the surface, culminating in a confrontation. It's then that Willem confesses a terrible secret. Can Roos forgive her father, or will she lose him too? Stamppot is a tense graduation film about grief and impossible choices.
