Short travelogue resembling a photo collage, shot in several South American countries. The maker goes in search of spots that still evoke the mood of the tango music he so loves.
Short, photomontage-like travelogue, shot in different South-American countries. We accompany the filmmaker on a search for places that still evoke the atmosphere of the tango music he loves so much. Without using any camera movements, Plaat shot images of weather-beaten walls that hide all kinds of things. In 1981, the film won a Golden Calf for Best Short Film.
