Dreamlike film about a woman who in a typically Dutch landscape is pulled through the water by a boat. The film was selected for the Cannes Filmfestival.
Under water, dreams become reality. Against the background of a summery Dutch landscape, a submerged young woman gets entangled in the confusing thoughts of her subconscience. Her memories clash with her daydreams. What appeared to be love, ends in fear and anger. Filmmaker Esther Rots leads this short drama to a confronting apotheosis.
