Northern Iraq, 2003. Two weeks after Saddam Hussein's downfall, the twelve-year-old Ahmed is travelling with his grandmother. When she heard that down south war prisoners had returned home alive, she was determined to look for her son Ibrahim who never returned from the Gulf War. Hitchhiking, Ahmed and his grandma travel across the war-ravaged country of Iraq. A film by the Iraqi/Dutch director Mohamed Al-Daradji.
