Feature film around the children’s celebration of St. Nicholas, in which the Peters run into a modern problem. How can they deliver presents if modern houses no longer have chimneys?
The Peters run into a modern problem. Most chimneys have disappeared and many houses nowadays are secured by alarms. This is why the poor Peters are constantly being chased by the police, while they only want to deliver presents to the children. One by one, they end up in jail. Right when St. Nicholas is trying to solve the problem, he is kidnapped by the mean Dr. Brein and her henchmen Joris and Boris. Meanwhile, Pieta and Mrs. Dakjes try to impart the Peter trade to a bunch of new Peters. But they are bothered by Michiel, who wants to arrange an interview with St. Nicholas for the school paper. In the meantime, 5 December is rapidly approaching and St. Nicholas and his assistants will have to race against the clock to find a solution in time.
