A masked boxer sits nervously in his locker room. Just seconds remain before the clock strikes the hour. And then it’s showtime! The boxer will have to fight not only a physically imposing opponent, but also his own demons and obstacles. Graduate animator Bram Fokkens depicts this battle as a visual storm, where reality increasingly takes on absurd shapes filled with bright colours and shifting forms. Will the boxer manage to keep his head in the game and bring the fight against both his opponent and himself to a successful conclusion?
