Youth film about the lonely 6-year-old Felix who claims that his plush animals can speak. He coincidentally meets Sergeant Pepper, a big woolly dog that has just inherited an enormous fortune from his boss and is beleaguered by the latter's greedy children. A special friendship is born, because Sergeant Pepper and Felix can really communicate. Then, the dog is kidnapped and Felix and his sister Felicia start an adventurous rescue operation. Johanna ter Steege appears as Felix' mother.
