When washed-up camping site singer Tony Verano (Tim Haars) is replaced by a rising young artist in this black comedy, he must face up to the fact that his days in the spotlight may be over.
A tragicomic debut film about a schlager singer who performs weekly at a Brabant campsite as Tony Verano. In flamboyant outfits, he clings to what little success he has left. But when the campsite suddenly announces that the popular young artist Gio is coming to perform, Tony's position as resident entertainer turns out to be far less secure than he'd hoped. And as if that weren't enough, he's also stuck hosting the seniors' bingo...
