City poets of Rotterdam have a fictitious conversation with their city. They discuss their broken relationship with Rotterdam and how it could still be healed.
A man, a girl, a horse and a white background. The man on the horse is the Rotterdam-based city poet Dean Bowen, the girl is the youth city poet Vienne Haagoort. Together, they recite a poem, or rather a dialogue with Rotterdam. In a slow camera movement, we drift along tableaux vivantsof the city and its inhabitants. A market stall, a coffin. Poetical short film about the relationship that Rotterdammers have with their city in a changing world.
