In this dance film, dancer Jean-Guillaume Weis visualises the artistic development of the famous dancer Vaslav Nijinsky (1888-1950) and his final days in a metal home. In varied and sober decors, Weis, dressed in black or white, revives the man and the dancer Nijinsky. The voice-over is also Weis's, quoting from the diary that Nijinsky kept in the institution: 'Je danse. Je pense. Je suis Dieu.'
