A young woman in a car is quietly waiting for a stop sign. Her phone rings, but she hesitates to pick it up. Afraid of her violent girlfriend at the other end of the line. Next, she does answer the phone. The ensuing conversation, shot in one continuous take, reveals the history and dynamics of their relationship in this short drama. Via talking, listening, singing, persuading and hoping, vulnerable moments alternate with the hard reality.
