A young woman visits her demented father. To her horror, she notices he loses portions of his face. When repairing matters, the situation turns out to be more serious than anticipated.
In this short animation, a young woman visits her father who is growing demented, bringing a jigsaw puzzle for a present. While they enjoy the game, suddenly a piece of his face falls down among the jigsaw pieces on the table. Painstakingly, she manages to put it back, but it is soon clear she faces a bigger challenge than she had ever anticipated. A graduation film about experiencing Alzheimer’s in loved ones and the acquiescence to this slow and painful process.
