Animation film playfully tells the story of a small boy who is diagnosed with cancer. The doctor tells Paultje to imagine a big dragon is living in his belly that must be defeated. Paultje is not alone in his struggle, because his medicines will help him. At first, Paultje is still afraid, but then he bravely enters into the fray. The film aims to make the radical process of a serious illness conceivable to young children.
