Personal cinematographic essay by Hans Keller about Belgium. Keller considers this country an amalgam of two, which as a whole bears close resemblance to the Wild West. These 'notes on Belgium', as the subtitle of this documentary is, were shot in a loose style, with a significant role for the sound and music and Keller's characteristic dry, poetical and mildly cynical comment.
