The recalcitrant 14-year-old Julian has to look after his alcoholic mother. But in fact he is mainly occupied with 20-year-old Lara, who is riding around on her scooter. The attention he gets from her works like a magnet. Due to his infatuation with Lara, Julian fails to see that his mother is deteriorating.
