In this psychological graduation film, Ava increasingly loses her grip on both her surroundings and herself. When she moves into a guardianship property in the Biesbosch with three friends, their new life together seems full of promise. But before long, things start happening that no one else seems to notice — except Ava. As she keeps her observations and doubts to herself to avoid disturbing the group's harmony, the line between what's real and what isn't starts to blur further and further.
