Art, technology and the science of living cells come together in the ideas of a pathologist. He develops new materials to replace bone, open blocked arteries and make viruses harmless. They can also be used to make planes a lot lighter. His sources of inspiration are an engineer who builds complex lever constructions and an artist who is also crazy about geometric principles and makes fantastic constructions of tubes and wires.
