Surinamese musician and introvert Greg escapes from the mourning process involved in a miscarriage. When this gravely affects his relationship and work, he has to face reality.
Working, blowing, making music: Greg does everything to avoid accepting his girlfriend Demelsa’s miscarriage. But what you run away from will always catch up with you. When Demelsa can’t bear it any longer, he is completely fed up with his job and the band rehearsals get out of hand, Greg can no longer restrain himself and loses control. He will have to confront himself, the patterns of his escapism and – eventually– the pain and loss of his baby.
