Charming documentary about animation master Børge Ring, who fervently tells about his great passion and the tricks of the trade.
Short documentary about Børge Ring (Denmark, 1921), who fervently tells about his great passion: animations and jazz music. Illustrated by film excerpts, storyboards, artwork and photographs, he eagerly talks about the tricks of the trade, his eventful life and the extraordinary meetings that had a decisive impact on his development. His wife, sculptress Joanika, encouraged him to make personal films. He made three, and collaborated on countless commercials and feature films, a truck-full, he claims.
