Myth Labs

Director: Martha Colburn
Associative animated film that draws a parallel between the substantial number of crystal meth addicts in the American countryside and the religious fanaticism of the puritan founders of this country. Using multilayered, hallucinatory images, Martha Colburn reveals how destructive meth is, which can easily be made at home. At the same time, she presents her view on the roots of the susceptibility to this drug in large sections of the population.
