Social anxiety and paranoia cause an escalation between the residents of a block of flats. The film follows seven characters in their surreptitious actions and scariest moments.

Social anxiety and paranoia set off a slow but sure escalation between the residents of a block of flats. The film follows seven characters in their surreptitious actions and scariest moments. An old man screams in his telephone, a spruce lady does odd things with the mail and a third person eavesdrops on his neighbours. Lacking dialogue, this short film superbly renders a paranoid atmosphere, helped by the equally gloomy soundtrack.
