The source of inspiration for this quick-witted song by MEROL is Damiano David, the charismatic, Italian frontman of rock band Måneskin. The Italian is ‘a treat for your own eye’, MEROL’s lyrics claim. In this alluring music video, the singer comes face to face with a conceited version of herself. This version wallows in the admiring gazes of the other club goers and MEROL can’t resist so much self-assurance either, in her contagious song in Dutch.
